However, please note that these voice recordings are not stored or retained by us. We use these recordings solely for the purpose of processing your voice query and generating a response.

2. Use of Information: 2.1 Voice Queries and Responses: When you ask a question using your voice, the App transmits the voice recording to the API provided by OpenAI to generate a response. The API processes your voice query and provides a response, which is then presented to you within the App. 2.2 Chat Screen: The App displays the messages you write or record, along with the corresponding responses from the API, in the chat screen. Please be aware that these conversations may be stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. 2.3 Settings Screen: The App may store user preferences and settings locally on your device to enhance your user experience. These settings are not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services: 3.1 OpenAI API: VoxGPT uses the API provided by OpenAI to process voice queries and generate responses. The use of this API is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy to understand how they handle your data. 3.2 Advertising and Analytics: The App does not display any advertisements or use any third-party analytics services.

4. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the information transmitted through the App. However, please be aware that no security measures can guarantee 100% security. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store in the App, and you do so at your own risk.

5. Children's Privacy: The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately.
